Lloyd Wilson Woods, Sr.
Lloyd Wilson Woods, Sr., 89, of Excelsior Springs, Mo., passed away Sunday, December 6, 2015, at Liberty Hospital, surrounded by family.
Lloyd is survived by his wife of 60 years, Ann Woods of the home; his sister, Louella Shelton of Excelsior Springs; four children, Lloyd Jr. (Kitt) Woods, Ella Ann (Robert) Phillips, Rhonda Kay (Rick) Vosika, and Loretta Lynn (Jim) Stewart, all of Excelsior Springs; seven grandchildren, Bobbi (Adam) Sharp of Kansas City, Mo., Amy (George) Minich of Lawson, Erica (Camden) Summers of Camden, Katie Phillips of Gladstone, Aaron Woods of Excelsior Springs, Neeley (Amanda) Woods of Liberty, and Tara (Kyle) Parris of Independence; nine great grandchildren; and many more nieces, nephews and friends.
Celebration of Life Services will be held Sunday, January 10, 2016 at the Wood Heights City Hall, from 2 to 4 p.m., with a family dinner to follow.
Arrangements are through Bross & Spidle Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs.
