Mary Lou Chipps
Mary Lou Chipps, 87, Excelsior Springs, Mo., passed away April 29, 2016.
Mary Lou was born October 16, 1928 in Princeton, Mo., to Arba and Sylvia Moore. She was married to Donnie Brice Chipps on October 17, 1947. They were blessed with three children, Gary Lee, Diane and Connie Sue.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Donnie B. Chipps, her son, Gary Lee Chipps, and her great grandson, Kyler Nathan Beck.
She is survived by her daughters, Diane Carrel and husband, Jeff, Excelsior Springs, Mo., and Connie Sue Uehling, Excelsior Springs, Mo.; her brother, Kenneth Moore and wife, Shirley, Lee's Summit, Mo.; grandchildren, Gary Grass and wife, Tracy, Kansas City, Mo., Matthew Carrel, Excelsior Springs, Mo., Melissa Uehling, Idaho Falls, Ida., Tamera Uehling and husband, Brandon, Whitehall, Mont., Megan Uehling and Kelcie Apland, Missoula, Mont., and Tanya Temores and husband, George, Chandler, Ariz.; and six great grandchildren, Mason Carrel, Damon Grass, Lakota Carrel, Tatum Fulford, Gage Kidwell, and Mia Kidwell.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at Hillcrest Cemetery in Excelsior Springs, Mo., at 2 p.m.
Arrangements are through Bross & Spidle Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs.
