Mary Sue Coles
Mary Sue Coles, 75, Lawson, Mo., passed away June 11, 2016.
Mary was born February 25, 1941 to Allbon and Wanda June (West) Creason in Neosho Falls, Kans.
Mary was a U.S. Navy veteran. She worked as a medical assistant. Mary enjoyed playing any type of cards, her favorites were Canasta and Phase 10.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Coles; and a brother, James Stanhope.
She is survived by her daughters, Leanne Galloway, Cynthia Adams, Jamie Hammett; 10 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and brothers, Richard and Stanley Stanhope.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Bross & Spidle Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, June 16, 2016, also at the funeral home, with burial following at Old Union Cemetery, Lawson, Mo.
