Edgar Melvin Tarrence

Edgar Melvin Tarrence, born on October 2, 1940, was called home March 22, 2015.

He is survived by his loving wife, Shawn; daughters, Cora and Cindy; son, David; grandchildren, Tyler and Levi; as well as his sister, Geraldine, and brothers, James and Charles.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Fred Tarrence.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Kearney, Mo. Visitation will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at the church, as well as from 9:30 to 10:30 prior to the service on Thursday. Burial will follow service at Muddy Fork Cemetery in Holt, Mo.

Arrangements are through Fry-Bross & Spidle Funeral Home, Kearney.
