Paul McKown
Paul Eugene McKown, 52, St. Joseph, Mo. (formerly of Excelsior Springs, Mo.), died Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2010. Mr. McKown was born Jan. 5, 1958, in Excelsior Springs, the son of D.C. and Sadie Baker McKown. He worked as a cook and was a member of the Eagles. Survivors include siblings, Kathy Sharp, David McKown and Jackie McKown; children, Eric and Stacy; and three grandchildren. A celebration of his life will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 9, at the Eagles Aerie in Excelsior Springs. Cremation. Arrangements are through Bross & Spidle Funeral Home in Excelsior Springs.
