Phyllis Jean Reynolds
Phyllis Jean (Seevers) Reynolds, 90, of Liberty, Mo., passed away on July 1, 2015.
Phyllis was a longtime resident of Smithville and Liberty. Phyllis was known by many names -- wife, mom, sisters, aunt, cousin, grandma farm and GG. Phyllis was a homemaker and worked in the insurance business before she managed the books for their plumbing businesses. Phyllis loved being with her grandchildren, playing cards and traveling.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Albert J. Reynolds of Liberty. Also preceded in death by her brother, Lloyd Seevers, and parents, James B. and Myrtle Seevers of Smithville.
Phyllis is surved by her son, Jim Reynolds and wife, Kathy of Tuttle, Okla.; three granddaughters, Carrie, Emily and Lindy; and four great grandchildren, Hogan, Ann, Evelyn and Baby Hanneman, all of Oklahoma. She is also survived by her two nieces, Fern (Seevers) Porter and husband, Lewis and their family of Liberty, Mo., and Hallie Robinson and family of Plattsburg, Mo.
Phyllis' sweet spirit will be missed. We were blessed to have her in our lives.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 6, 2015. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m., with graveside service to follow. All will be held at Providence Baptist Church, Kansas City, Mo.
