Richard Paul Bidack
Richard Paul Bidack, 79, passed away suddenly on October 21, 2015. Richard was born in Brockport, N.Y., and spent his childhood in New York and Pennsylvania. He spent his early adult life in Chandler, Okla. He lived outside of Kearney, Mo., and died in Smithville, Mo.
Richard was an avid golfer who was forever proud of his hole-in-one on hole number 5 of the Outlaw Coarse. He was a part time marshal at Paradise Pointe Golf Complex and provided maintenance at the North 291 McDonalds, Liberty location. He was a retired member of Local 2 Sheet Metal Workers. Richard was a proud former Marine, who served in many overseas posts, a former Golden Gloves boxer, and former professional hockey player. Richard was a deeply devout Christian man.
Richard was very loved by all who met him. He was a wonderful husband, loved father, and the best playmate and companion a grandchild could ever ask for.
He is survived by his wife, Elinor Joan Bidack of the home; his sisters, Kathy Kirk and Deann Bidack, both of Oklahoma City, Okla.; his children, Jimmy and Cindy Bidack of McCloud, Okla., Gina and Don Blair of Clairmore, Okla., and Larry and Jennifer Gouldsmith of Kearney, Mo. He had many grandchildren including Alyshia Schamp, Anna Gouldsmith, William Gouldsmith, Olivia Gouldsmith, Lauren Manrey, Logan Bidack, Allyson Davis, Drew Davis, Jeff and Lori Sinsley, Jason Sinsley, Kyle and Megan Honeycutt, Brian and Kristen Tate, and Adam Honeycutt. His great grandchildren include Briana Sinsley, Macala Sinsley, Victoria Sinsley, Hazel Sinsley, Jax Honeycutt, Madison Honeycutt, and Brynley Tate.
Richard's visitation will be held at Fry-Bross & Spidle Funeral Home, Kearney, on Friday, October 30, 2015, with the visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. and service directly after. He will be dearly missed by all.
