Sharon Marie Eldredge Yarges, age 52
Sharon was born to Beverly Jamieson and Franklin Eldredge on September 5, 1960, in Hutchinson, Kans. She died peaceably at her mother's home in Excelsior Springs on August 22, 2013, surrounded by her family.
Sharon attended the Excelsior Springs School District her whole life and graduated high school in 1978. She went on to travel to various parts of the world while raising her two children, Sarah and Ian. She returned to school and obtained her associate's degree in paralegal studies and went to work for the 7th Circuit Court of Missouri, Clay County, before leaving to return to Oklahoma City with her spouse.
Sharon was proceeded in death by her father.
She leaves behind her spouse, Michael Yarges; her two loving children, Sarah and Ian; her siblings and spouses, Gary and Lori Marrant, Frank and Terri Eldredge, Fran and Hershall Gray, Mark and Lee Ann Eldredge, Henry (Tom) and Elona Eldredge; her mother and step-dad, Beverly and Robert Marrant; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, August 26, 2013 at Bross & Spidle Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs. Burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Sunday, August 25, 2013 at the funeral home.
