Wallace E. "Wally" Finley Jr.
Wallace E. Finley, Jr., 84, Liberty, Mo., passed away peacefully December 29, 2016.
Wallace was born September 12, 1932 in Nelson, Mo., to Wallace E. Finley, Sr. and Elizabeth (Thomas) Finley. He was united in marriage to Catherine “Kate” Melies in Marshall, Mo., on April 14, 1958.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Robert “Bob” Finley.
He is survived by his wife, Catherine of the home; two daughters, Sharon K. (Marty) Phillips and Linda “Susie” (Bob) Clark; son, Randy L. (Kristy) Finley; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Ray Finley and Melvin Finley; and one sister, Jeanette Finley Willard.
A memorial visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m., Friday, January 6, 2017 at Fry-Bross & Spidle Funeral Home, Kearney, Mo., with a memorial service immediately following.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial contributions to Northcare Hospice House.
