Teresa Raechell Harrison, 58, Lawson, died on Monday, February 26, 2018, after an extensive battle with cancer at Liberty Hospital.
Teresa was born March 10, 1959, at Ray County Memorial Hospital to Leo Cooper Shelton, Jr. and Betty Lou Cole.
She married Ronald Albert Harrison on May 11, 1985. They were married 33 years. He survives of the home.
She is also survived by two daughters and son-in-laws, Ramsey Harrison and Adam Holder, Lawson, and Riley and David Hurlbert of the Air Force; parents, Leo Cooper Shelton, Jr. and Betty Lou Cole; five brothers, Gary Shelton, Vance Shelton, Jimmy Shelton, Michael Shelton, and Chad Shelton; and one sister, Stephanie Agnew.
She is preceded in death by one daughter, Shelby Harrison; grandparents, J.W. Vance and Dorothy Vance; Leo Shelton Sr. and Thelma Shelton; and step mother, Mary Ellen Shelton.
She graduated from Lawson High School in 1977. She enjoyed 30 years of service with the United States Postal Service before retiring with honors in 2015.
Visitation hours will be from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, March 1, 2018, and a Celebration of Life will follow immediately afterwards until 8 p.m. at Bross & Spidle Chapel, 214 N. Pennsylvania, Lawson, MO.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
