Beverly Kay Elrod, 68, of Liberty, MO, passed away June, 29, 2018.
Beverly was born December 31, 1949 to Virgil Wells and Geraldine (Shull) Craig in Kansas City, MO. She was a member of Rock Creek Fellowship Church. Beverly and her husband, Donald, enjoyed traveling and ministering to others in song. She enjoyed crocheting and doing crafts with her grandkids.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Elrod; daughter, Michelle Smith Fritchey and her husband, Richard; son, Chadrick Jeremy Smith; stepdaughters, Donna (Robert) Elrod Gerlach and Ann Elrod Sampson; stepsons, Steven Elrod and William (Kim) Elrod; brother, Randall (Donna) Craig; sisters-in-law, Pat Elrod and Carol Nye; grandsons, Benjamin Elrod, Max Elrod, Samuel Elrod, Richard M. Fritchey, Joshua Gerlach, Jonathan Gerlach, Alexander Gerlach, Eric Sampson; granddaughters, Rebecca (Quint) Frichey Craig, Emma Elrod, Grace Elrod, Lydia Sampson; great grandchildren, Raelyn AnnMarie Craig and Quinton Tucker Craig; nieces, Michelle (Gregg) Nye Garcia, Jennifer (Rhett) Nye Johnson, and Andrea Marie Craig; great nephews, Manny Garcia and Patrick Garcia; great niece, Zola Garcia; and many more aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A visitation will be held Saturday, July 7, 2018 from 10:00-11:00 AM, with a celebration of life service immediately following at Relevant Church in Liberty, MO. Inurnment will be held at a later date.
