Bob Halberstadt, 82, Excelsior Springs, Mo., passed away August 26, 2018.
Bob was born July 4, 1936 to Carrol Earl and Maggie Mae (Thomas) Halberstadt in Farmersburg, Indiana. Bob was a U.S. Air Force Veteran. He worked as an Electronic Repair Technician for ChromaVision before his retirement. Bob was a member of the Moose Lodge. He enjoyed camping and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Deana Joyce in 2014; sister, Marietta Shidler; and a brother, Tom Halberstadt.
He is survived by his sons, William and wife Belinda Halberstadt, and Robert Jr. and wife Renee Halberstadt; daughters, Katrina Jepperson, and Pam and husband Michael Swoboda; 13 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; sister, Kathryn Johnson; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial visitation will be held Friday, August 31, 2018 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bross & Spidle Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs, MO. The family request in lieu of flowers donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
