Freddie Gene Rash, 84, Lawson, Mo., passed away on April 22, 2019.
Freddie was born November 23, 1934 to Earnest James and Mary Rash in Lauratown, Ark. He married Betty Joyce Rodgers on April 7, 1962. Freddie was a member of the Lawson Baptist Church, Lawson VFW. Freddie enjoyed fishing, gardening, and watching football. Freddie worked in road construction before retiring.
Freddie was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Betty; daughter, Lisa Gail Rash; brothers, E.J. Rash and Kenneth Rash; sisters, Anna Merle Turpin, and Ruby Bowling.
He is survived by daughter, Terry and husband, Allen Bradberry; daughter, Susan Blake; son, Paul and wife, Dustie Rash; daughter, Rhonda and husband, John Andrae; eight grandchildren, Joe (Rachel) Benfer, Danielle (Micah) Dennis, LA Bradberry, Alexandria Burns (Alex Carter), Brittany Horn, Jonathan (Samantha) Horn, Anthony Rash, and Gabriel Rash; six great grandchildren, Cole Whittle, Isabella Whittle, Lyla Chrisonberry, Melody Horn, Eden Benfer, and Link Carter.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 26, 2019 at Bross & Spidle Lawson Chapel, 214 N. Pennsylvania Ave. Funeral service will be held at Lawson Baptist Church, 18603 N. Hwy 69, Lawson, Mo., on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in the Lawson cemetery. The family suggest memorial contributions to the Lawson VFW.
