Tanera “Tammy” Lynn Torres-Adams, 55, of Excelsior Springs, passed away on February 24, 2020 at Liberty Hospital after losing her battle with cancer.
Tammy was born January 6, 1965 in Harlingen, Texas.
Tammy loved spending time with her grandsons and family when she was not working. She worked in the banking business for 20+ years. Most recently she worked two jobs at Lincare and Walmart. She touched so many lives and was loved and admired by her family, friends, co-workers, and anyone she came into contact with. Her smile, laughter, and kindness will remain in our hearts forever.
She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Keith Kennedy, and her biological father, Guillermo Torres Sr.
Survivers include her daughter, Tifanie Nicole Adams; two grandsons, Clayton Drake and Jackson Rickart; her mother, Gwendolyn “Sue” Kennedy; and her brother and sister-in-law, Jr and Emma Torres.
