I only met him once but I felt like I knew him already Tru Karrie in that one meeting. I found him to be charismatic and intense with a beautiful kind heart and the world has lost an Awesome Person.  It saddens me that I’ll never have the chance to talk to or listen to him talk. My deepest condolences to his family and friends.  Fly High Lucas RIP

I believe it was 2003 when I had the good fortune of meeting Lucas. To say that Lucas helped me out would be an understatement to say the least. At the time I was lost and broken. I had nothing to offer him but that didn’t stop him from taking me under his wing. At a point when I couldn’t have felt more hopeless or discouraged Lucas helped me to my feet. He lifted me up and reassured me and gave me guidance and the confidence that I needed to make it through what I was facing at that time and to this day I find myself looking back to his advice that he gave me them years ago to help me get by. Lucas always treated me like a brother and if he ever heard me say that he would probably say something like ” that’s because we are brothers”.   My sincere Condolences to all his friends and family. I know he will be greatly missed.

We were brought back together again! Just starting out living on our own, there was no way I could handle Lucas the next 20 years lol.. we both had our own soul searching and growing to do.. I never thought 21 years later ,I’d be looking at him with those eyes, and his arms all over again. I’m not sure anyone could ever love me as much as Lucas did.. he was an old soul, and genuinely cared about people .. Lucas was one of the best people to have ever roamed the earth! I am thankful for the time we got to spend together just wish there would have been more of it!!!! I love you Lucas!!
