Words can not express how heartbroken I was when I got the call from my precious friend Kristen. The day I met Andrew and Kristen I had nothing but love and respect for them both. Andrew and I have had many long conversations about family. We both lost our Mothers which was a very hard time for us both. Andrew was loved by so many. And trust me I was on top of that list. But one good thing is I knew Andrew loves me too. He was always my biggest cheerleader. I will miss him saying “Miss Shirl”. Baxley family, I am so blessed to have shared time with Andrew. Neeley family, please know I am here for Kristen day and night. Their love story was a blessing to watch. May God bless you ALL.
Much love,
Shirl
Thinking of you, Kristen and family Baxley, at this time. May there be joy in the memories spent with Andrew. Larger than life here at TAMUC I’ll always remember the taco suit and his perpetual smile. Thanks for sharing him with us.

Andrew was my first friend I made when I moved to Commerce, Texas. Andrew was the friendliest person that I know. He truly never met a stranger. I have many great memories with Andrew from eating at hole in the wall restaurants, to coming over every Sunday and watching football all day. I spent 5 days a week working with him and then would spend the weekends hanging out with him too. Andrew was like a older brother to me. I am honored and blessed to have known Andrew.

Mr Andrew was a delight to be around and his witty personality was truly amazing. He always had a sweet thing to say to you to make sure that you were having a good day and no matter how bad a day I had Mr Andrew always made it brighter and he will be truly missed. I thank God everyday for the opportunity on her blessing and privilege to have met such a beautiful person and to be able to call him my friend. I thank the Lord for every second and will cherish his memory for always.
