JoAnn Louise (Richmond) Oatman, mother, wife, sister, and friend to many, passed from this earth on December 13, 2022 after a long battle with cancer. She was born January 12, 1965, the fourth child of Carol and Clarence Richmond.
She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Christopher Harris, and father, Clarence.
She is survived by her husband, Bob Oatman; daughter, Amber (Will); and grandsons, Wade and Logan; brothers, Mike (Nancy) and Paul (Susie); and sister Debbie (Jess); as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
There will be no ceremony, as JoAnn chose to celebrate her life with friends and family earlier this summer. As JoAnn said, she wanted to attend her own funeral, play her favorite music and visit with friends and family. Though gone way too soon, she certainly gave it hell while she was here. We will see you on the other side JoAnn!
