Trinidad Zubia

Trinidad ZubiaTrinidad Zubia, 43, Liberty, MO, passed away on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 14, 2023.

Trinidad was a talented baker who loved making delicious cookies to share with his friends and family. He loved a road trip, or any reason to be in his beloved camper van, Lucinda. He had a peerless work ethic, and was an excellent provider for his family, his wife and his young son.

Trinidad loved music and standup comedy and was a matchless movie buff. He made friends everywhere he went and loved spending time with them at barbeques and holidays. He was a real partner to his wife for 14 years, and a wonderful, silly, sweet daddy to his boy.

Trinidad is survived by his wife, Margot; his son, Gus; his parents, Dyana Zubia and Oscar and Ana Zubia; his siblings, Sonia and Dave Watson and their children, Draco and Dakota Zubia, Rogue and Nora Zubia and their children, Kasten, Sebastian, and Ireland, Sasha and Paul Drennan and their daughter, Alexis; as well as 12 aunts and uncles and many, many cousins.

Trinidad adored his big family, and will have a private ceremony Friday, May 19, 2023. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date, in his hometown of Moopa, Nevada.

Arrangements in care of Bross & Spidle Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs, MO.
