In their youth, Betty and Dwaine enjoyed being members of the Excelsior Springs Silver Spur Saddle Club and the Excelsior Springs Square Dance Club. In retirement, Betty was also fond of exploring antique shops and auction houses for unique finds.
A visitation will be held Thursday, October 12, 2023, from 1 to 2 p.m. at Bross and Spidle Funeral Home in Excelsior Springs and a graveside service immediately after at Hillcrest Cemetery.
Our Sincere Condolences
We lived next door to the Cowserts for several years on Seybold Road. I am so sorry to hear of the passing of both Duane and Betty. I have fond memories of all the kids on our street playing together. My they both rest in peace.
