Louisa Ann Rader of Holt, Mo., passed on February 5, 2025, at the age of 84.
Louisa is preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy Rader, and her parents, Gladford and Martha Mills.
Louisa is survived by her two children, Clay Rader (Tonjna) and LeAnna Labrie; sister, Martha Gibson; brother, Will Mills (Holly); five grandchildren, Keri, John, Tyler, Tiara, and Amanda; and five great grandchildren, Elijah, Isaac, Madilynn, Danielle, and Brandon.
Louisa was born in Excelsior Springs, Mo., on July 28, 1940, and graduated from Kearney High School in 1958.
Louisa married the love of her life, LeRoy, on June 4, 1961. They were married 59 years before LeRoy’s passing. She was devoted to her family and was a devout Christian. She taught Sunday School for many years. She enjoyed researching family genealogy, reading, and being surrounded by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She especially enjoyed the family trips to Silver Dollar City and the Branson area each year.
A visitation service will be held Monday, February 10, 2025 from 10 to 11 a.m., at City on a Hill Church, 7795 SE Scott Rd., Holt, MO 64048. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. with graveside service to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
