Amy Marie Martinez, 34, of Kearney, MO, passed away unexpectedly on May 12, 2025 at Liberty Hospital.
Amy was born June 17, 1990 in Kansas City, MO.
Amy graduated from Kearney High School in 2008. She attended college for a short time. Most recently she had been working at Ford in Claycomo. She enjoyed spending time with her sons, music, art, fishing, crafts, and building things. She had a heart for animals, especially dogs and rabbits.
She was preceded in death by her father, Art; maternal and paternal grandparents; aunt/Godmother, Rose; cousin, Martin; and bonus sister, Ryan.
She is survived by her mother, Joni Martinez; sons, Noah Ramseyer and Oakley Taylor; sister, Andrea Tumbleson (Jonas); niece, Alycea; brother AJ; sister, Julianne Martinez; niece, Olivia and nephew, Seth; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, including her roommate, Brandi; and her boyfriend, Taylor.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made to a charity of choice.
Arrangements are in care of Fry-Bross & Spidle Funeral Home, Kearney.

I am so so sorry to hear of the loss of sweet Amy. She attended Calvary Lutheran grade school with my twins, Jacob and Whitney, and I was their school cook then. Everyone loved Amy, and her entire family! I know that God is with you all and will comfort you as only He can.
