Carrie C. Kane, 25, of Excelsior Springs, Mo., passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at home from natural causes.
Ms. Kane was born September 8, 1994 in Reno, Nev.
Carrie had worked the past 8 ½ years at Excelsior Springs Price Chopper. She loved bonfires, fishing and collecting all kinds of knives.
She was preceded in death by her papa, Bob Connell, and grandmother, Dottie Kane.
Survivors include her parents, Gwendolyn D. and James Pratt; father, Steven M. Kane; sisters, Sarah Kane-Atkins, Alena A. Kephart-Pratt, and Azalee C. Pratt; brothers, Jonathon C. Pratt, Izaak M. Martinaz, and Devan Kephart; grandmother, Marilyn Sue Connell, uncle, Jason W. Connell; aunt, Dee Griffin; nieces, Austen, Amberlynn, and Holly Heart; nephews, Mathaw, Dawson, Hunter, Bentley, and Carter; cousins, Bobbie Joe Connell and Tearney; and her two furry daughters, Lexy and Riley.
A celebration of life will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at The Elms Hotel & Spa gazebo.
Arrangements are in care of Bross & Spidle Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs.
