To Linda and all of Denny’s family. I worked with Denny at Farmland Industries for the entire 12 and a half years of my career there. I very much appreciated and respected Denny’s intelligence and scientific insight. Although, I have not seen Denny for many years since I moved on from Farmland, I have thought of him often. He will be missed. May God give you peace and I hope the beautiful memories of him sustain you.
With sincere sympathy,
Keith DeHaan

I will be forever grateful that Denny waited a year for me to finish my PhD as he was the first boss in my professional career. I feel blessed that I had the opportunity to work with Denny with both the tools and support that he offered. Now I feel that there was an opportunity lost as I now live not too far away from the Kansas City area. All the best to his family.

We really enjoyed getting to know Denny better the last few years bowling together. He will be missed. We are so sorry, Linda, and all your family.

I started with Farmland Industries in 1973 and share an office with Denny at the research center. We took many trips to the new research farm at Bonner Springs. Riding in Denny’s yellow Porsche. I transferred to the Tech Services in the feed division and Denny followed several years later. I admired Denny for his intelligence in nutrition and feed formulation systems. If you worked with Denny you quickly knew that he would not hesitate to express his opinion. Mary and I send to you Linda and the family our sincere sympathy and condolences.
