Constance Joan Kelly of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024.
Connie was a caring and kind wife to husband, Harry Sr., and mother to her three children, Harry Kelly Jr. (Connie), Gary Kelly (Darla), and Terry Kelly (Kelli). She dearly loved her 10 grandchildren, Angela Roach (Travie), Christopher Kelly, Travis Hulsey, Megan Ryan (Chuck), Jacob Jenkins, Chad Kelly (Vanessa), Stephanie Marquez (Jesse), Melissa Simmons (Jake), Christa Ferris, and Breanna Barnet (T.J.); along with 17 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Velma Sharp; and her only brother, Ed Sharp.
Connie was deeply passionate about animals, dedicating her time to nursing countless injured creatures back to health over the years. She had a particular love for horseback riding, and her greatest joy came from sharing moments with her family.
Connie had a passion for bringing joy to others through laughter. She delighted in pulling pranks on her family and friends, always striving to ensure that everyone around her wore a smile. We appreciate all of the love and support given to us during this time.
We will honor her beautiful life this Friday, December 27, 2024 at Bross and Spidle Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m., with funeral services beginning at 2 p.m. Burial following at Crown Hill Cemetery.
